My second recipe to try out of this month’s cookbook comes from the Joy section of the book. This is actually my second bake from the Joy section, which is all about recipes to enjoy in celebration. But I’ll admit that the only reason why I decided to try this lemon olive oil cake recipe is because of Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.
